Please check your sales order carefully. If anything is unclear, please inquire at the time the sale is written. Your signature is our assurance that you accept the sales order as correct and agree with the terms and conditions of the sale. All sales orders are edited for errors in pricing and arithmetic and are subject to correction with your documented approval. If you disagree, Norris reserves the right to cancel the sale. A minimum of 50% deposit is required on all orders. We are not responsible for collecting or reporting sales tax for any state other than Florida. Clearance, final sale, as-is items, fabrics and items shipped directly from the manufacturer to client must be paid in full at time of purchase. If multiple deliveries are required to complete your order, the amount due will be enough to cover the balance on items being delivered while still maintaining a 50% deposit on remaining items not yet received. Custom made merchandise manufactured and ordered specifically for you may not be changed or canceled once the order is put into production.
No refunds or credits are allowed if a custom order is refused or canceled. Arrival dates are only an estimate and should not be considered a guarantee. Norris shall not be liable to customer for any manufacturer delays. In stock furniture and accessories may only be cancelled with a full refund within 3 days prior to delivery. Any cancellation after that point is subject to a 25% Restock Fee. Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable. Peace of Mind is nonrefundable. Any in stock items must be returned within 5 business days and be in original condition. (NOTE: In stock rugs must be returned within 3 days).
Deliveries: Balances become due when your order is received in our warehouse. Any balance must be paid in full before delivery can be scheduled. Product received and not scheduled for delivery within 60 days will incur a monthly storage fee equal to 1% of the purchase price. The client is responsible for ensuring that all items will fit through entryways, elevators, hallways, and into the intended space. Please ensure there is a clear path for our delivery team. Special deliveries that require hiring help or equipment will be the client’s responsibility. Client is responsible for informing Norris in advance of any special delivery condition or instructions.Delivery fees will be charged each time our truck delivers or picks up merchandise. In the event a client or their representative are not home for a scheduled delivery, a re-delivery charge of $149.95 will apply. Customers must report any concerns within 72 hours of delivery.
Customer pick up: Clients who wish to pick up their merchandise may do so from our warehouse. There is a 24-hour notice required. Please inspect your merchandise carefully. We are not responsible for any damages after leaving our facility. We will be pleased to assist you in loading your merchandise, however it is your responsibility to ensure that the items are secured for transport. You must present your sales receipt in order to pick up merchandise.
Warranties: We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but in the event an issue arises please review the following: Norris warrants all products to be free of defects and meet manufacturer specs for a period of one year, or the length of the manufacturer warranty, under normal use and care.
Warranty applies to original purchaser; commercial applications are excluded from this warranty. Fabrics, leather, stone and wood finishes are not warranted against fading, stretching, staining, pilling, excessive wear, pile crushing, dye transfer, or in color variations from samples or swatches. These items are not guaranteed by manufacturers and cannot be warranted by Norris. Glass, mirrors, lucite and metal finishes may be subject to small seeds, slight discoloration, minor surface or subsurface scratches. Color and grain variations in wood, stone, leather, marble and the like are “nature’s own” and enhance the value of your furniture. Inconsistent weld points are inevitable in furniture handcrafted of metal. These characteristics are within industry standards and are considered acceptable. Certain medications can cause discolorations in fabrics and leathers and this is not considered a defect. There are no warranties or service on clearance, floor samples, or merchandise sold “as-is”. Norris may repair, replace, or refund your purchase at our discretion.
